Not only is the closing of Philadelphia Libraries detrimental to the poor/unprivilgeded. Its says that this Mayor is way out touch with the constituents of this city. It's scary to think that's this only year one of his term! I hope that the people of this city will now closely scutinize his policy decisions in the future.
