Mayor Nutter will be holding a press conference on Monday at 1pm in City Hall to announce that library services have been "restored" in 11 communities in the city. I believe this refers to all the replicated services like Community Learning Centers that Siobhan Reardon and Nutter have been planning.
The press conference will be held at 1pm in City Hall, Room 202. This should be opened to the public.
